Instructions: Soak for 4 to 8 hours: place 1 to 2 tbsp. of seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with a nylon screen secured with an elastic band. Add water, shake, then drain. Fill the jar with water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain and invert the jar onto a corner in a sink or bowl. Rinse twice a day: Rinse the seeds by filling the jar with water and shaking gently. Drain and return the jar. Enjoy! Ready to eat in 5 days: to store, refrigerate well-drained sprouts. Store in a cool, dry place.
