Description: This mix of lentils, red clover, alfalfa, radish and sprouting mustard is offered by Mumm's Sprouting Seeds. Produced from organic farming, they have been grown using ecologically responsible farming methods, without the use of GMOs or chemical fertilizers.
Directions: Soak 4 to 8 hours: Put 1-2 c. seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with a nylon mosquito net secured with an elastic band. Add water, stir, then drain. Fill the jar with water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain then invert the jar on an angle in a sink or bowl. Rinse twice a day: Rinse the seeds by filling the jar with water and swirling gently. Drain and return the pot. Taste! Ready to eat in 5 days: to store, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
