Ingredient: Organic Lavandula x intermedia (lavandin essential oil) (flowering top) 100%
Directions: Adults (18+): Local topical application: Add 1-5 drops to 5ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times daily. Do not use essential oil undiluted. Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily. For use in a diffuser for essential oils: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted in the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).
