Description: Used in aromatherapy topically to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains and rheumatoid arthritis. Used in aromatherapy topically and/or by inhalation to help relieve headaches, colds, coughs and as a nervine/sedative.
Ingredients: Organic Laurus nobilis (essential oil of laurel) (leaf) 100%.
Directions: Adults (18+): Local topical application: Add 1-2 drops to 5ml of neutral carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times daily. Body massage: add 2-4 drops to 10 ml of neutral vegetable oil and apply once a day. Do not use essential oil undiluted. Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times daily. For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature. For use in a diffuser for essential oils: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted in the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).
