Konjac is a root vegetable that has been consumed in Japan for centuries. It is high in fiber and low in calories. A great alternative to traditional pasta. Once opened, the pasta can be stored for up to 48 hours in a bowl of water. Do not freeze. The product may have a slight odor, which will be completely eliminated upon rinsing.
Ingredients: Filtered water, organic konjac flour, organic oat fiber, lime hydrate.
Instructions: Rinse the noodles in a colander under cold water. Add the sauce and seasoning. Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan or boiling water.
