Description: Better Than Pasta's Organic Konjac Penne is root vegetable-based, gluten-free, soy-free, high in fiber, and vegan. Certified organic by Ecocert Canada. Konjac is a root vegetable eaten in Japan for centuries. It is high in fiber, with low calorie content. An excellent alternative to traditional pasta. Once opened, the pasta can be stored for up to 48 hours in a bowl of water. Do not freeze. The product may have a slight odor which will be completely eliminated during rinsing.
Ingredients: Filtered water, organic konjac flour, organic oat fiber, lime hydrate.
Directions: Rinse the noodles in a colander under cold water. Add sauce and seasoning. Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan or in boiling water.
