Description: Used in herbal medicine to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Ingredients: Each sachet contains 400mg Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil's Claw) tuberous secondary root; 300mg Arctium lappa (Burdock) root; 300mg Urtica dioica (Nettle) herb top. Apple, cinnamon, lemon peel, lemon verbena. Directions: 1 to 2 sachets, 2 to 4 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 to 2 sachets in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.
