Description: They must be obtained from our diet. This blend of unrefined organic vegetable oils is designed to provide the ideal 2 to 1 ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Ingredients: Organic cold-pressed flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum seed) (55% alpha-linolenic acid [ala], 15% linoleic acid [la]), organic evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis seed), Schizochytrium spp whole oil (provides 33 mg of docosahexaenoic acid [dha]), organic sunflower oil, organic sesame oil, organic coconut oil, organic lecithin (soy), organic rice bran oil, organic rosemary extract, organic avena sativa (oat) bran oil, tocopherols, lecithin (sunflower), and ascorbyl palmitate. Directions: Adults and children 5 years and older: Take 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) once daily. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon. The cloudy layer and globules of the oil are unique to this blend. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
