Description: This blend of organic, unrefined, plant-derived oils is designed to provide the balanced two-to-one ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, with natural, unrefined oils from fresh certified organic flax, sunflower, sesame, and evening primrose seeds, plus oils from coconut, rice, and bran.
Ingredients: Organic cold-pressed unrefined linseed oil (linum usitatissimum)
[contains 55% omega-3 as alpha-linolenic acid (ala)], organic evening primrose seed oil (oenothera biennis), organic sunflower oil, organic sesame oil, organic coconut oil, organic soy lecithin, organic rice bran oil, organic oat bran oil, tocopherols, glycerin, water, modified food starch, carrageenan, sorbitol, caramel.
Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals. 14 capsules are equivalent to 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of oil.
