Description: Our balanced extra virgin olive oil has a herbaceous nose reminiscent of tomato stalks and fresh cut grass. Although its aroma is moderately pronounced, there is a certain bitterness typical of extra virgin olive oils. A velvety oil to prepare ratatouille, candied tomatoes and polenta. GMO-free, our olive oil is naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants.
