Description: Our sunflower oil, of a pretty pale yellow, is characterized by a light nose and a delicate taste, sometimes a little bitter, of raw sunflower seeds. It is the perfect companion to coleslaws. It revives the simplest leafy greens with a touch of mustard, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. It lends itself very well to baking dishes. GMO-free, our sunflower oil is naturally rich in omega-6 essential fatty acids and vitamin E.
