Description: DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid essential for the proper functioning of our brain in adulthood and the development of our nervous system during the first six months of life. Ingredients: Organic flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum seeds) 55% Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 15% Omega-6 linoleic acid (LA) 4,500 mg Schizochytrium spp whole oil (provides 34 mg of docosahexaenoic acid [DHA]) 82 mg, organic rosemary extract, sunflower oil (high oleic), tocopherols, lecithin (sunflower), and ascorbyl palmitate. Directions: Consume 1 tablespoon 1 to 3 times daily with meals. The globules in the oil are unique to this blend. Shake well before use. Keep the oil refrigerated at all times. Freeze to prolong its freshness. Do not heat or use for frying. Once opened, consume within 8 weeks.
