Hemp oil contains antioxidants and its consumption provides many health benefits. A balanced diet includes between 28% and 38% of fat per day, i.e. a daily intake of 2250 calories. A healthy diet ideally includes a variation of vegetable oil sources. Use: It is used raw or for cooking. Season your vegetables, vinaigrette, pasta, fish and meat. It goes wonderfully with potatoes. It is the basic ingredient of a mayonnaise with an exceptional taste! Important: do not heat. Smoke point: 225°F (107°C) Unopened bottle can be stored at room temperature, protected from light, for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
