Canola (or rapeseed) oil contains antioxidants and its consumption provides many health benefits. Use: Canola oil is a perfect substitute for olive oil, its taste is more neutral. It is used raw or for cooking. Season your vegetables, vinaigrette, stir-fries, pasta, fish and meat. It goes wonderfully with potatoes. It is the basic ingredient of a mayonnaise with an exceptional taste! Smoke point: 350°F (176℃) . When the bottle has not been opened, it can be stored at room temperature away from light, for up to 18 months. Once opened, keep at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
