Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms associated with colds and flu, including coughs, throat irritation, sore throats, and chest complaints such as catarrh.
Ingredients: Linden flower (tilia cordata), echinacea root (echinacea angustifolia), calendula flower (calendula officinalis), mullein leaf (verbascum thapsus), licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), common sage leaf (salvia officinalis), red clover flower (trifolium pratense), thyme leaf and flowering top (thymus vulgaris), rosehips.
Directions: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, steep 1 tea bag in 150 to 250 ml of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day as needed.
