Description: Used in herbal medicine to help relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Ingredient: 2g dried tuberous secondary root of harpagophytum procumbens (Devil's Claw). Directions: 1/2 teaspoon (2g), 3 times a day, as a decoction. Add 2g to 150ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes, then filter.
