Ingredients: Organic green lentils, organic red lentils and organic chickpeas. Instructions for use: Wash the seeds carefully in lukewarm water and drain. Soaking time: 6 to 8 hours. Germination time 3 to 4 days. Thoroughly wash the sprouted seeds to remove the envelopes, before consumption. For best results keep the seeds in a dry place. Use: Take advantage of the benefits of the Croque-Mix mixture by adding them to your salads, at the end of cooking a soup or sauté them lightly with your favorite seasonings.
