Directions: Adults: Take a single dose (1-2 capsules) with water, at bedtime, two to three times per week. Wait at least 6-12 hours for the laxative effect to occur. The frequency can be increased to once a day if results are not seen. Maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products. The correct individual dose is the smallest needed to produce loose stools.
