Description: Ghassoul (pronounced rassoul) is a natural mineral clay used for millennia by oriental women for their hair and body care. This clay, very rich in silicon, magnesium, calcium and potassium, is extracted from the only known deposits in the world located in the Moroccan Middle Atlas near the city of Fez. In Morocco, Ghassoul is an integral part of the "hammam" ritual (damp heat bath) and is traditionally offered to young brides. Ghassoul, an ultra-gentle treatment! Unlike shampoos and soaps, Ghassoul contains no surfactant and gently cleanses by absorbing impurities and excess fat. This gentle wash respects the lipoprotective film of the skin and hair, it does not irritate the sebaceous glands. Excellent as a mask (face and hair). Ghassoul is particularly recommended for sensitive and allergic skin.
Instructions for use Basic preparation for mask: add Ghassoul to 30 mL of lukewarm water to absorb the water, leave to stand for 2 minutes. Mix to obtain a creamy paste. Add a teaspoon of castor oil to make the preparation even more nourishing. Apply to the face, leave on for 10 minutes and rinse with clear water.
Body and hair care: Add Ghassoul to 180 mL of water to obtain a smooth paste. Leave for 2 minutes and apply to wet hair, massage, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing. Wash the body with the excess.
