Description: Antibacterial, fungicide, haemostatic, skin astringent, anti-inflammatory. Geranium is used to treat acne, burns, eczema, fungal skin infections, rosacea, shingles, edema and psoriasis. This oil promotes the healing of minor wounds and cuts. It is also used to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as to promote blood circulation.
Use: For the skin, dilute 15 drops in 5 ml of massage oil or vegetable oil (eg olive, hemp) of your choice and apply locally to the affected area such as shingles, rosacea or psoriasis. In the bath, dilute 10 to 15 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of bubble bath (about 1 capful) for an aromatic and relaxing bath. Air Diffusion: Combined with Citronella or Lemon Eucalyptus, makes an excellent blend to keep mosquitoes or any unwanted insects away. In combination with lavender essential oil, provides a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
