Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve cold and flu symptoms such as cough, sore throat and upper respiratory catarrh. Ingredients: Organic European Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) Berry Juice Powder 345mg (from 3.4g fresh berry juice, equivalent to 5.5g fresh ripe berries or 1.1g dried ripe berries), Organic Echinacea Purpurea Herb Head (1:75) 200mg, Organic Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) (1:300), Water, Organic Stevia Leaf, Organic Natural Flavoring and Citric Acid. Directions: Children 5 to 9 years: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 1 tablespoon, 2 to 3 times daily. Children 10 to 14 years: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 1 to 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily. Adults and adolescents 15 years and older: Take at the first sign of infection. Take 2 tablespoons, 3 times daily. Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.
