Description: Looking for a natural laxative that is both gentle and effective. Ingredients: Organic defatted flax seeds (linum usitatissimum) 2.5g, organic psyllium husks (plantago ovata) 2.3g, organic oat bran (avena sativa) 0.2g. Directions: Consume 1 tablespoon (5 g) in 250 ml of liquid 3 times daily. Stir in at least 250 ml of liquid with each dose. Mix well and drink immediately. Do not swallow dry. Do not use within two hours of taking any other medication as the desired effect of the medication may be reduced. Store in a cool, dry place. Can be added to water or your favorite juice.
