Description: Flor Action, to help gently relieve constipation and/or irregularity 100% natural, with psyllium. Flor Action acts to: help digestion,
gently relieve constipation, irregularities and diarrhea, soothe inflammation of the digestive tract and colon. Licorice, marshmallow, witch hazel and slippery elm are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve inflammation of the digestive tract. Chicory, allspice, alfalfa, garlic and passionflower are traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion.
Ingredients (for one capsule): Psyllium, plantago ovata (seed pod), chicory, cichorium intybus (root), licorice, glycyrrhiza glabra (root), allspice, pimenta dioica (fruit), alfalfa, medicago sativa (herb ), marshmallow, althaea officinalis (root), witch hazel, hamamelis virginiana (leaf), slippery elm, ulmus rubra (bark), garlic, allium sativum (bulb), passionflower, passiflora incarnata (grass), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate.
Instructions for use: Adults: 4 capsules to be taken with at least 150 ml of liquid, 3 times a day. Drink enough fluid. Wait 2 hours before and after taking other medications. Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the 1st dose and sometimes after 2 to 3 days.
