Ingredients: Organic whole grain buckwheat (polygonum fagopyrum species) precooked with steam and rolled between 2 cylinders.
Instructions for use: Scald 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of liquid and leave to swell for 3 minutes, covered.
Use: Precooked product that adapts to many instant preparations. Once rehydrated, to be incorporated into savory or sweet preparations (a stuffing, vegetable pancakes, cakes, biscuits, an omelet...). Can also be used for breakfast (cream, muesli...)
