Ingredients: Organic whole buckwheat grains (polygonum fagopyrum species) pre-steamed and rolled between 2 cylinders.
Instructions: Boil 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of liquid and leave to swell for 3 minutes, covered.
Use: Pre-cooked product that can be used in many instant preparations. Once rehydrated, it can be incorporated into savory or sweet preparations (stuffing, vegetable patties, cakes, biscuits, omelets, etc.). Can also be used for breakfast (cream, muesli, etc.)
