Ingredients: Organic pinto beans.
Directions: Rinse and soak for 12 hours. Put 1 cup of beans in 1 cup of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hours.
Use: Halfway through cooking, add tomatoes, onions, celery, salt, pepper, thyme, basil and half-cooked minced meat (optional) to simmer.
