Directions: Soak 6-12 hours: Put 4 or more tablespoons of seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with a nylon mosquito net secured with an elastic band. Add water, stir, then drain. Fill the jar with water and soak for 6 to 12 hours. Drain then invert the jar on an angle in a sink or bowl. Taste! Ready to eat in 2-3 days: To store, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
