Description: These crispy sprouting mixed beans are brought to you by Mumm's Sprouting Seeds. Produced from organic farming, they have been grown using ecologically responsible farming methods, without the use of GMOs or chemical fertilizers. Contains: peas, lentils and chickpeas.
Directions: Soak for 6-12 hours: Place 4 or more tablespoons of seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with a nylon screen secured with an elastic band. Add water, shake, then drain. Fill the pot with water and soak for 6-12 hours. Drain and invert the jar in a corner in a sink or bowl. Rinse twice a day: Rinse the seeds by filling the jar with water and swirling gently. Drain and return the pot. Enjoy! Ready to eat in 2 to 3 days: to store, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
