Ingredients: Iron (ferrous gluconate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folate (folic acid), acerola fruit juice, carrot root powder, spinach, anise, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, calcium hydrogen phosphate. Directions: Adults (including breastfeeding women) and adolescents 9 to 18 years: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Adults (pregnant women): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
