Description: Promotes energy production, helps produce red blood cells and their proper function, helps prevent iron deficiency anemia and associated fatigue, helps pregnant women reach the recommended dietary intake of iron, when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet. Ingredients: Per serving (10 ml): iron (ferrous gluconate) 10 mg, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.1 mg, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 8 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.3 mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2.4 mcg , water, concentrated orange juice, pineapple, molasses, aqueous extract of spinach and anise, organic beetroot juice powder, organic acerola fruit juice powder, ascorbic acid and citric acid. Directions: A measuring cup is provided. Shake the bottle gently before use. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Adults (including breastfeeding women) and adolescents 14 to 18 years: Take 1 serving (10 ml) twice daily. Adults (pregnant women): Take 1 serving (10 ml) 3 times daily. Adolescents and children (4 to 13 years): Take ½ serving (5 ml) twice daily. Store the unopened bottle at room temperature. Keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 4 weeks.
