Description: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upsets including bloating and flatulence; to help relieve menstrual pain; and as an expectorant to help relieve coughs due to colds. Ingredient: Each sachet contains 1.5g dried chopped seed of foeniculum vulgare var. dulce (sweet fennel). Directions: 1 sachet 3 times a day as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in a cup of boiling water for 15 minutes.
