Description: This organic sifted bread wheat flour is produced by milling organic wheat. It is sifted to remove the bran and make it lighter. This flour, sometimes called brown flour, is halfway between white flour and wholemeal flour. It is very popular in bakeries. This flour will absorb more liquid than an all-purpose unbleached white flour.
Use: The use of this flour is recommended for: baguettes, muffins and breads. Organic sifted flour will keep for approximately 270-365 days. It is ideal to store the flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light or in the freezer.
