Use: The use of this flour is recommended for: cookies, pancakes, cake, waffles, muffins and pastry. Organic wholemeal flour will keep for approximately 270 to 365 days. It is ideal to store the flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light or in the freezer.
