The sounds have been removed to give it the necessary lightness to make it perfect for baking. This flour will absorb less water than an all-purpose unbleached white flour.
Use: The use of this flour is recommended for: biscuits, pancakes, croissants, cake, waffles and pastry. Organic unbleached white flour will keep for approximately 365-547 days. It is ideal to store the flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light or in the freezer.
