Ingredients: 100 mg of St. John's wort (0.3% hypericin extract, leaves), equivalent to 400mg of hypericum perforatum, 50 mg of passionflower (4:1 extract, tops), equivalent to 200mg of passiflora incarnata, 75 mg of lemon balm (4:1 extract, tops), equivalent to 300mg melissa officinalis, 150mg panax ginseng (4:1 extract, root), equivalent to 600mg panax ginseng, vegetable capsule and magnesium stearate.
Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. Do not use if you are taking cancer drugs, blood thinners, antidepressants, anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular drugs, immunosuppressants and/or oral contraceptives. Discontinue use if you experience: insomnia, anxiety, headaches or hypersensitivity (allergy). Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches or feel drowsy.
