Directions: Inhalation: 3-10 drops of essential oil added to a bowl of boiling water/steamer for facials. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes up to 3 times a day. Mix up to 10 drops of essential oil in 15 mL of carrier oil for safe topical use.
