Ingredients: Peppermint leaf (mentha x piperita), chamomile flower (matricaria recutita), calendula flower (calendula officinalis), strawberry leaf (fragaria vesca), caraway seed (carum carvi), coriander seed (coriandrum sativum), fennel seed (foeniculum vulgare), seed fenugreek (trigonella foenum-graecum), flax seed (linum usitatissimum), juniper berry (juniperus communis), common sage leaf (salvia officinalis), mallow flower (malva sylvestris).
Directions: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, steep 1 tea bag in 150 to 250 ml of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 1 to 3 times daily.
