Description: Mixture of dried plants for home preparation based on an old Swedish recipe. Ingredients: Aloe (aloe ferox leaf), angelica (angelica archangelica root), manna (fraxinus ornus sap), rhubarb (rheum palmatum root), zedoary (curcuma zedoaria root), anise (pimpinella anisum seed), bitter orange (citrus aurantium peel), camphor (cinnamomum camphora wood), carline thistle root (carlina acaulis root), fennel (foeniculum vulgare seed), licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra root), senna (cassia angustifolia pod), galangal / lesser galangal (Alpinia officinarum root / root), gentian / gentian (Gentiana lutea root / root), myrrh resin / myrrh (Commiphora molmol resin / resin), water and alcohol (39.4% v/v) / water and alcohol (39.4% v/v). Directions: To prepare the tincture: Empty the contents of the packet (35 g) into a wide-mouth bottle containing 750 ml (3 cups) of vodka. Shake daily. After 8 days, strain through clean cheesecloth or fine mesh. Adults: Shake the bottle before use. Dilute 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in water or herbal tea, take once in the morning and once in the evening.
