Ingredients: Each sachet contains 370mg Betula pendula (Birch) leaf; 150mg Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) flowering top; 230mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root; 300mg Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant) leaf; 450mg Senna alexandrina (Senna) leaf. Directions: Take 1 dose (1 packet) at bedtime. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the packet and steep for 5 to 15 minutes in a covered container. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects. Take 2 to 3 times per week. If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to 1 dose daily.
