Description: It is an ancient oil since it was used by the Mayans and Native Americans as well as by the ancient Egyptians. It is rich in beta-carotene, vitamins C, E and omega 5 including punicic acid. Retinol is present inside the seeds of rose hips, and it is for this reason that it can be used without any problem on the skin. It is excellent for blotchy skin and eczema. It is quickly absorbed by the skin. It is moisturizing and soothes redness after a sunburn for example. However, it is a delicate oil and for this reason it is advisable to keep it in a cool, dark place after opening.
Use: For all skin types except oily or acne-prone. For recent and old scars, age spots and stretch marks. For eczema, sunburn.
