Ingredients: Fresh organic echinacea (echinacea purpurea), herb (5.4:1 ratio), root (5.9:1 ratio) equivalent to 5.5 mg of dried root, lactose, potato starch, vegetable magnesium stearate, soy polysaccharide.
Directions: Adults (including pregnant or breastfeeding women): Preferably 15 minutes before meals: Prevention: Take 1-2 tablets daily. Acute treatment: Take 3-4 tablets daily. The tablets can be swallowed or chewed. Duration of use: Can be used for 4 months.
