Ingredients: Peppermint leaf (Mentha foenum-graecum), Oregon grape root (berberis aquifolium), fennel seed (foeniculum vulgare).
Directions: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, steep 1 tea bag in 150 to 250 ml of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups of tea per day as needed.
