Ingredients: 150mg arcto-staplylos uva-ursi (bearberry) leaf; 150mg calendula officinalis (marigold) petal; 300mg cynara cardunculus (artichoke) leaf; 150mg equisetum arvense (horsetail) herb; 300mg glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root; 150mg ribes nigrum (blackcurrant) leaf; 150mg rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf; 150mg silybum marianum (milk thistle) seed. Directions: 1 sachet, 2 to 3 times a day, as an infusion. Infuse 1 sachet in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products.
