Description: Senna leaf is the main component of this herbal tea. Very effective against temporary constipation, it accelerates intestinal transit. Dandelion root and buckthorn bark also have laxative properties that will support senna leaf. Cherry stalks have a mainly diuretic effect and help digestion. Finally, coriander seed is known to reduce bloating.
Ingredients: Senna leaves (cassia acutifolia), dandelion root (taraxacum officinale), bitter fennel seeds (foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. vulgare), cherry stems (prunus cerasus), buckthorn bark (frangula alnus), seeds coriander (coriandrum sativum), meadowsweet herb (filipendula ulmaria).
Directions: Adults: Use one sachet per cup of water. Pour boiling water and leave to infuse for 4-6 minutes. Take two to three times a week. If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to one dose per day. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Allow 6-12 hours to see laxative effects.
