Ingredients: Peppermint leaves (mentha x piperita) 585mg, eucalyptus leaves (eucalyptus globulus) 420mg, ginger root (zingiber officinale) 150mg, marshmallow root (althaea officinalis) 120mg, bitter fennel seeds ( foeniculum vulgare subsp. vulgare var. vulgare) 75 mg, plantain leaves (plantago lanceolata) 75 mg, licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra) 75 mg. Instructions for use: Adults: Use one sachet per cup of water, 2 times a day. Pour boiling water and let steep for 4 to 6 minutes.
