Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring 1 1⁄2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup (160 g) of organic pearl couscous, 1⁄8 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp butter or olive oil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
