Cabbage has been grown on family land using organic practices for decades; it is harvested by hand and, after the heart has been removed, it is minced and fermented with Eden sea salt; five generations on the premises. Artisanal fermentation gives an excellent product with an exquisite taste. No unwanted ingredients or additives are used. Ingredients: Organic cabbage, water, sea salt, lactic acid.
