Description: Liven up everyday dishes and add a splash or two of healthy, organic flavor. Nothing but pure, organic ground Ceylon cinnamon. Ours is spicy in the true sense of the word, but, with its 1-1.6% oil content, the flavor is sweet and delicate. Fruity, almost apple-cinnamon, floral and nectar-like, but only slightly sweet. It is also complex. Its aroma is equally distinctive, with floral and citrus notes complementing the warm, spicy notes.
