Ingredients: Calcium (calcium citrate) 200 mg, Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 100 mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 500 IU (12.5 mcg), Silicon (sodium metasilicate, silicon dioxide) 5 mg, Zinc (zinc citrate) 5 mg, Manganese (manganese sulfate) 1 mg, Copper (copper gluconate) 500 mcg, Boron (sodium borate) 150 mcg, Chromium (chromium polynicotinate) 200 mcg, Selenium (l-selenomethionine) 50 mcg, Vanadium (vanadyl sulfate) 50 mcg, Purified water, Lecithin, Glycerin, Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (guar gum), Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Stevia, Orange flavor.
