Description: Traditionally used in herbalism as an expectorant (helps expel mucus) to help relieve coughs and respiratory tract problems, such as catarrh and bronchitis.
Ingredients: Tinctures of: Fresh Ivy Herb (hedera helix)
(ratio 1:5.6) equivalent to 67 mg of dried leaf, top of fresh thyme (thymus vulgaris)
(ratio 1:7.9) equivalent to 42 mg dried herb, licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra) (ratio 1:10) equivalent to 23 mg dried root, eucalyptus leaf essential oil (eucalyptus globulus), water, alcohol (1 mL of tincture contains 0.47 mL of ethanol), anise essential oil.
Directions: For Cough: Adults: Take 1ml (38 drops) with water, 4-5 times daily or as directed by healthcare practitioner. For catarrh and bronchitis: Adults: Take 2 mL (76 drops) with water, 5 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Insalivate before swallowing.
