Ingredients: Mallow flower (malva sylvestris), licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), fennel seed (foeniculum vulgare), linden flower (tilia cordata), aerial parts of English plantain (plantago lanceolata), primrose flower (primula veris), calendula flower (calendula officinalis).
Directions: Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, steep 1 tea bag in 150 to 250 ml of boiling water. Let the herbs steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2 to 3 times a day as needed.
